Bellinger serves as Vice President and directs the development and operations of product lines related to drilling fluid and fluid management services.
His responsibilities include overseeing the fundamental growth of the company through establishment of a process-driven culture, led by safety and quality. Prior to joining Highland Fluid, Mr. Bellinger spent more than twenty years in global operations of various companies with responsibilities in the areas of overall product strategy, research and development, and the management of traditional, horizontal and underbalanced drilling projects throughout North America, Asia, China and Africa. He started his career at Schlumberger with a focus on implementing new equipment and cementing fluids for well construction.

He attended the University of Oklahoma and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry, Biology and a Minor in Business Administration.
